Find your property
Each Australian address can only have one profile. You confirm what's already on file (title, year built, lot size) and the record is yours for as long as you own the property.
Drop in what you have
Receipts. Manuals. Builder handover docs. The Building & Pest report you skimmed once. Domio reads and files them, then uses them to help you avoid surprise costs.
Your home gets a record
Hot water, aircon, garage motor, dishwasher, gates first. Model, installation date, service history, warranty expiry date. Whatever the documents tell us, we file.
Then Domio looks out for you
Reminders before things break, with a rough dollar figure attached. Step-by-step help for the simple fixes, or a ready-to-send brief for your tradie. A heads-up on how long the big-ticket gear has left. And a straight answer whenever you ask.
